(Des Moines, IA) -- Tomorrow (Saturday) marks the final day of the 50th season of the Downtown Des Moines Farmers’ Market.
“There will be a variety of vendors for the last weekend, which is really wonderful as we wrap up our 50th season of the market this year,” said Amelia Klatt, Director of Events with the Greater Des Moines Partnership. “We definitely encourage people to wear their Halloween costumes when they come down this Saturday.”
Over the past 26 weeks, an estimated 28,000 people have attended the Downtown Farmers’ Market.
The market will be open Saturday morning from 8 a.m. to noon in the Court District in downtown Des Moines.
