(Iowa City, IA) -- Two in-state football rivals will meet for the first time in eight years next season.
The University of Northern Iowa Panthers will travel to Kinnick Stadium for the University of Iowa Hawkeyes third game of the 2026 season.
Iowa is 17-1 against the Panthers since their first meeting in 1898.
The Hawkeyes other two non-conference games next year are against Northern Illinois, and the Cyclones in the annual CyHawk game September 12th.
