(Ankeny, IA) -- Add an Iowa-based convenience store chain to the list of companies stepping up to help those affected by the loss of SNAP benefits tomorrow due to the federal government shutdown.
Casey's is donating $100,000 to the group Feeding America, a network of local food banks that says it can provide a million meals with the funds.
Casey's says they've already provided Feeding America with funds for 8.6 million meals so far this fiscal year.
