(Grimes, IA) -- The City of Grimes is beginning the process of winterizing its parks and sports complexes.
The city's parks team began the process on Monday, November 3rd. All outdoor restroom buildings, except at the Hy-Vee Multiplex will be closed for the winter season. Portable restrooms will also be removed at Kennybook Park and North Sports Complex. Water fountains at these facilities will also be turned off for the winter.
