(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Changes are being made to an agreement to build data centers in Cedar Rapids.

City Council is approving a wording change that would limit the number of buildings in the QTS Data Center complex at the Big Cedar Industrial Park to seven. The previous wording said two or more.

Each building will be a minimum 300-thousand square feet at a cost of around $250 million.

Another $300,000 dollars per building will be put in a community betterment fund for economic development, amenities and infrastructure.
