(Moline, IL) -- Moline city leaders are considering a development zone along the Mississippi that would offer tax incentives aimed at spurring redevelopment, new housing, and attracting business to the area.
The zone would stretch from the River to Seventh Avenue, between 18th Street and 25th Streets with financial incentives that could top six figures.
City Council is expected to approve the development zone at their January meeting.
