(West Des Moines, IA) -- Valley High School girls volleyball head coach Jeremy Mikesell has been named the 2025 Class 5A Coach of the Year by the Iowa Girls Coaches Association.
Mikesell celebrated his 700th career win in September, and led the team to the state semifinals this season.
He has been the head coach at Valley for 16 years.
