(Des Moines, IA ) -- Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds will give her final Condition of the State address tomorrow.
Reynolds will speak to all 150 state lawmakers from the Iowa House chamber, where she’s expected to outline her legislative priorities for the year ahead, including a proposal to lower property taxes.
