(Des Moines, IA) -- An Eastern Iowa legislator wants to limit the ability of ICE to operate in the Quad Cities.
Democratic State Representative Ken Croken from Davenport is introducing legislation at the Capitol in Des Moines that would ban law enforcement officers from wearing masks, and ban the practice of snatching people from court houses, schools and churches.
Croken says he wants to minimize the threat of violence and possible tragedy.
