(Jasper County, IA) -- An Illinois man is dead after the wheels of a semi came loose on Interstate 80 and struck the man's car Sunday.
A crash report from Iowa State Patrol says the semi was eastbound on I-80 in Jasper County Sunday when a set of wheels and rims came loose from the trailer.
22-year old Drew Peterson's car was hit after the wheels crossed over the median into the westbound lanes.
The accident remains under investigation.
