(Pleasant Hill, IA) -- A head-on collision between a Jeep and a DART bus in Pleasant Hill has left a man with serious injuries.
Pleasant Hill Police Captain Amy Kramer tells WHO Radio the Jeep was eastbound when it collided with the westbound bus on northeast 12th Avenue. No one on the bus was injured.
The driver of the Jeep, a 28-year old male, was extricated from the vehicle and transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
The accident is under investigation.
