Quad Cities Home Sales Are Up

(Davenport, IA) -- Home sales are up in the QCA.

A new report from Quad City Realtors shows home sales up 7% last year compared to 2024.

Listings were up to year-to-year by about 6%.

The report shows increases were higher on the Iowa side than the Illinois side of the river.

Data shows the highest average home selling price is in Bettendorf at about $500,000.

The lowest is in Rock Island and Milan at between $175,000 and $200,000.
