(Des Moines, IA) -- A suspect in a fatal hit and run accident in Des Moines has been arrested again.
Des Moines Police say 64-year old Troy Dolph led officers on a chase on the city's west side Wednesday.
He already faced an OWI charge in connection with a hit and run that killed 40-year old Robert Given December 23rd.
Police say Dolph failed to appear in court for the OWI. He now faces additional charges in connection with the fatal crash, including leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
License Plate Reader Technology was used to identify Dolph hours after the fatal accident in December.
