(Harrison County, IA) -- A woman dies from injuries suffered in a two- vehicle crash in Harrison County.
The Iowa State Patrol says early Monday evening, a Toyota RAV 4 driven by 30-year- old Merari Eduviges Perez of Manilla, Iowa was eastbound on U.S. Highway 30 near 260th Street when it crossed the center line and collided with a westbound GM Sierra driven by 57-year -old Daryl Jay Fichter of Missouri Valley.
Investigators say Merari Perez died from injuries in the crash.
Fichter was taken to the Missouri Valley hospital in serious condition.
