Virtual Townhalls on Workforce Services for Disabled Iowans Begin Tuesday

(Iowa) -- Iowa Workforce Development is holding a series of virtual townhall meetings focused on workforce services for disabled Iowans beginning Tuesday.

The meetings will include updates from Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services and the Iowa Department of the Blind. The goal of the series is to help both stakeholders and the public to better understand the various services available to Iowans with disabilities. Each of the four townhall meetings will focus on a specific topic, and each meeting will be held via Zoom.

The dates and times for the meetings include:

  • Tuesday, March 24th from 12pm-1pm
  • Tuesday, June 23rd from 12pm-1pm
  • Tuesday, September 22nd from 12pm-1pm
  • Tuesday, December 22nd from 12pm-1pm
