(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- Some Cedar Rapids residents are concerned about what may be built near their homes.
Neighbors of the former Transamerica building say they share City Council's frustration in getting any information out of the developer about plans for the site.
Several neighbors say they don't oppose development.
They just want impacts on traffic and public spaces to be taken into consideration.
