Des Moines Chef Faces Mandatory 10 Years In Prison

(Des Moines, IA) -- A highly-acclaimed chef from Des Moines faces a mandatory, 10-year prison sentence.

A spokesman for the Polk County Attorney's Office says Enosh Kelley is pleading guilty to a count of Third Degree Sex Abuse.

He is charged with assaulting on a woman who had taken pain pills for an injury. Police say he took photos during the attack.

Kelley was a James Beard Award Semifinalist and the chef at the now-shuttered, Bistro Montage on Ingersoll Avenue.

He'll be required to register as a lifetime sex offender after being sentenced June 12th.
