The State Labor Department reports Nebraska’s preliminary unemployment rate for March of this year is 3.1 percent, seasonally adjusted.
The rate is unchanged from the February unemployment rate and up 0.2 percent over the year.
The national seasonally adjusted unemployment rate for March is 4.3 percent, down zero-point-one percentage points from February and up 0.1 percent from March of last year.
