(Warren County, IA) -- An Iowa man accused of secretly recording people using a tanning bed at an Albia salon is now facing separate charges in Warren County.

According to criminal complaints, 49-year-old Kevin Zapitul was arrested in June after investigators say he hid a camera inside Just Teasin' Hair Salon in Albia and recorded people as they undressed and used the tanning bed.

Investigators say Zapitul was the salon's primary contractor and had access to the building through a master key.

Zapitul is charged with three counts of invasion of privacy. He was released on bond before being arrested in Warren County on separate charges of marijuana possession and carrying a dangerous weapon.
