(Des Moines, IA) -- The public is being asked to help find a missing, endangered Des Moines man.
City police say 22-year old Jadon Ryan has cognitive disabilities that may prevent him from caring for himself.
He was last seen Monday in downtown Des Moines near the DART Central Station.
Police say he does not have a phone with him.
Anyone with information about Ryan is asked to call 9-1-1.
