(Des Moines, IA) -- The Des Moines Police Department is asking for the public's help finding a missing juvenile.
DMPD days 16 year-old Loralee left a care facility on the city's northwest side yesterday and may be in crisis and is without needed medications. Police say she may be with an 18 year-old male. So far, police efforts to locate Loralee have been unsuccessful.
Police say she was last seen wearing a black shirt, black sweatpants, and black shoes. She's described as 5'4" call and roughly 225lbs.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1.
