Central Iowa is growing at a break-neck pace and that growth demands new restaurants. There is a new establishment moving into the old BW's Burgers location and there is a new dumpling place moving into the East Village this summer called Darling Dumpling. But a new collaboration by three sushi chefs is a bit... bizarre.
3 sushi chefs in the area have come together to form Fusion Bistro. It opens soon and offers a new twist on your typical dining experiences. The concept? Instead of fries with your burger, you will be able to get a side of sushi.
