WATERLOO, IA - Police in Waterloo say a 27-year-old man is in custody for pulling a knife on hospital staff at Allen Hospital early Wednesday morning.
Investigators say Curtis Kirby of Waterloo was intoxicated and in the ER when he threatened others with the weapon.
He is now charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and interference with official acts.
