Bicyclist killed in crash north of Knoxville, Iowa

MARION COUNTY, Iowa- A bicyclist has died after being hit by a car in Marion County. The Iowa State Patrol says the bicyclist, was riding on Highway 14, north of Knoxville around 8 o'clock this (Friday) morning, when a southbound car, driven by 33-year-old Tiffany Turner of Knoxville struck the bike. The Iowa State Patrol says the bicyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities say the bicyclist was from Jackson, Wyoming but the name has not yet been released.
