(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- A fourth victim is now dead after a fatal attack outside Robins, Iowa last week.
Brent Brown from Marion who had been in hospital since Wednesday's attack has died from his injuries.
Thirty-four year-old Luke Truesdell is in custody now charged with four counts of first-degree murder.
He admitted to police that he attacked Brown, Romondus Cooper, Keonna Ryan, and Amanda Parker with a metal pipe.
Truesdell told investigators he thought the case would make a good movie.
He's due back in court Friday.
