(Des Moines, IA) -- The director of the Des Moines Public Library announces her retirement.
Library Director Susan Woody will retire after 21 years at the Des Moines Public Library, including the last seven as Library Director. She began her career at DMPL in 2004, originally as Library Assistant in Youth Services.
Woody will retire on June 30th.
