A Des Moines man is gifting his $50,000 Powerball prize to his son.
Robert Economaki bought the ticket from the Price Chopper on Ingersoll Avenue, and was just one number away from winning the grand prize, which was almost 114 million dollars.
His son, Shawn, claimed the prize this week at the Iowa Lottery Headquarters in Clive.
