(Des Moines, IA) -- The Des Moines Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a missing teen.
DMPD says a 15 year-old named Maribel was reported missing from her family's home in the Indianola Hills neighborhood. She was last seen on Tuesday, May 27th. Police say she has a medical condition that requires medication, which she did not take with her.
Anyone who sees her is asked to call 9-1-1.
