(Poweshiek County, IA) - A Belle Plaine man dies after a wrong-way crash in Poweshiek County.
According to the Iowa State Patrol crash report, a driver crossed the centerline on Highway V18 and crashed into 70-year-old James Jacobi’s vehicle. Jacobi died at the scene and was transported to a nearby funeral home. The other driver, identified as 37-year-old Joshua Allen Klein of Brooklyn, was not injured.
