(Sioux City, IA) -- A Sioux City native announces his bid for Iowa’s Fourth District.
Republican Chris McGowan is the president of the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce. The northwestern Iowa district is currently represented by Randy Feenstra, who announced his bid for governor earlier this year.
