(Clarke County, IA) -- A Thayer man is dead after a UTV crash in Clarke County.
According to the Iowa State Patrol Crash Report, 45-year-old Andrew Neisemier lost control of the UTV and crashed into a ditch. He was partially ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. A juvenile passenger was transported to the hospital with suspected injuries.
