(Muscatine, IA) -- We're learning more about the fatal shooting at a HyVee in Muscatine on Monday.
Police say the suspect Ian Hernandez has died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound suffered shortly after the shooting.
Investigators say he was the father of one of victim Kalista Hallberg's children.
Hallberg's boyfriend says she was a victim of over a decade of domestic violence.
Police say Hernandez fatally shot Hallberg around 2:00 o'clock Monday afternoon.
