(Waukee, IA) -- One person is in custody and facing charges of reckless driving along a Waukee trail.
The Waukee Police Department says it received multiple reports of a vehicle narrowly missing several pedestrians while driving dangerously on a recreational trail near Waukee High School around 11:30 this Friday morning. Police say officers were able to take the driver into custody following a traffic stop. The driver's name has not been released, though investigators say the driver is a female from West Des Moines.
She's being held in the Dallas County Jail.
