(Ankeny, IA) -- Des Moines Oktoberfest is moving to Ankeny this fall.
The 21st annual DSM Oktoberfest will be held at The District at Prairie Trail on September 26 and 27. According to the Oktoberfest DSM website, organizers decided to move the event to expand and have more pedestrian friendly areas. This years event features a Bier Maiden Contest, live music, and a silent disco.
DSM Oktoberfest was previously hosted at Water Works Park in 2023 and 2024.
Tickets are $25 for both Saturday and Sunday and are available July 18.
