Police are identifying the bicyclist killed by a falling tree on the Raccoon River Valley Trail.
Urbandale Police say 61-year-old Curtis Leaverton was found by another person using the trail around 9 on Saturday morning.
First responders arrived and removed Leaverton from underneath the tree, but he later died from his injuries at a local hospital.
