Central Iowa Water Works is scaling back the lawn watering ban for its residential customers. The utility made the announcement today.
The easing of restrictions will begin on Tuesday, and will follow an evens, odds approach. Those with an even numbered address can water your lawns on Sunday, Wednesday, and Fridays.
Odd numbered addresses can water on Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturdays.
The lawn watering ban had been in place for more than a month.
