(Des Moines, IA) -- Des Moines Public Schools former superintendent Ian Roberts went by "Doctor Roberts", in the assumption he had obtained his doctorate degree.
WHO Radio News checked with Morgan State University in Baltimore, that's the school Roberts claimed to have a doctorate from.
The school tell us, Roberts did attend the school from 2003-2007. And, he was part of a doctoral program, but did not finish.
