(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- An Iowa pig that had no intention of going to market is looking for a new home.
A Cedar Rapids Police officer found a piglet who had jumped from a truck on Highway 100 on Monday.
Peppa--that's what they named her-had road rash and a few bruises but was fine otherwise.
She's now at Cedar Rapids Animal Care and Control where they're working wth the Iowa Farm Sanctuary trying to find Peppa a new forever home.
