(Des Moines, IA ) -- A 13-year-old is facing multiple charges after stealing an Amazon delivery van, fleeing from police, and crashing the van in Des Moines. Police responded to reports of a stolen Amazon van Wednesday afternoon.
When officers attempted to stop the driver, they led police on a chase and then crashed the stolen van into a pickup truck before running away on foot.
The teen is facing multiple theft charges and an eluding charge.
