(Des Moines, IA ) -- One of Des Moines highly acclaimed chefs, was arrested for violating a no-contact order. Enosh Kelley was the chef of french favorite on Ingersoll, Bistro Montage. The restaurant closed in 2016.
The 55-year-old was charged with domestic assault in October and booked into the Polk County Jail. He's accused of violating a no contact order soon after and then most recently arrested again on November 7th.
The James Beard Foundation website lists Kelley as 2009 Best Chefs in America Midwest Semifinalist. Kelley's LinkedIn page lists him as Director of Culianry Services for The Arbordale in Urbandale, a senior living residence.
