(Winterset, IA) -- Five people have been charged in connection with vandalizing a historic site in Winterset.
In late November, police received reports of spray-painted racial slurs, phone numbers, and inappropriate drawings covering all three levels of Clark Tower.
Officers reviewed security footage and identified a suspect vehicle, leading to charges against four minors and 19-year-old Navin Lee.
All five face charges of criminal mischief.
