When the Joint Government Oversight Committee recessed Monday, the plan was to resume testimony from D-A-S officials Tuesday morning.  But, only a brief meeting was held to formally adjourn and no more testimony was taken.

Co-Chair Kevin Koester explains one of the witnesses they were questioning had a conflict in scheduling for Tuesday morning.  And, Koester says lawmakers would also be busy debating three budget bills in the House.

Co-chair Janet Petersen later sent out notices that the next meeting will be held Wednesday morning at 11:30am.

Representative Koester says the last motion on the table was a request by Republicans for a caucus, but, he says they'll meet before the next meeting if that G-O-P session is still necessary.
