It looks like a picture perfect weekend ahead in the Des Moines area.
Channel 13 Meteorologist Jerianne Ritter says it will be dry and breezy Friday with highs in the upper 70s.
The weather this weekend looks beautiful with plenty of sunshine and comfortable temperatures. Highs will stay in the 70s and lows in the 50s.
More rain is possible by Wednesday with the heat and humidity slowly returning next week.
