(Des Moines, Iowa) A Des Moines man's accused of leading police on a chase overnight, in a stolen vehicle.
Police say 23-year-old Tony Lopez Junior, lost control and hit a building on 25th Street, damaging the front door.
Police say Lopez and a passenger ran, but officers caught Lopez near 23rd and University.
He is being held in the Polk County Jail charges of theft, probation violation, and eluding an officer.
The passenger has not been found.
