Easter Weekend at Blank Park Zoo

Blank Park Zoo will host Eggstravaganza on Saturday, March 31 featuring over 12,000 Easter eggs!

Egg activities, egg themed crafts, and scavenger hunts will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. This event is free for zoo members and free with regular admission for non-members.

However, guests aren’t the only ones hunting for eggs this day. The animals will have enrichment items placed in their exhibits throughout the day to participate in the fun as well. Watch your favorite feathered and furry friends interact with unusual Easter eggs of their own to keep them entertained in their exhibits.

The Easter Bunny will make an appearance for plenty of giggles, smiles and photo opportunities to help guests remember this eggstraordinary day for years to come.

Plus, beginning on Sunday, March 25, the Easter Bunny will begin posting clues on the Zoo’s Twitter and Facebook pages for the Golden Egg Hunt. Find out where the five Golden Eggs will be hidden each day and be the first to find them the day of the event for a special prize provided by the Golden Egg sponsors.
