Improving life in Rural America

A panel discussion Friday morning on the health of Rural America so to speak, and what can be done to improve it:

It was held at the Cub Club at Principal Park, where the grass still looks pretty good on the 1st of November:

Sec. Vilsack addressing a wide range of issues, including the Japanese trade deal which is he says isn't quite as good as if we had stayed in the TPP:

He also offered analysis of the Chinese trade deal, expressing some skepticism that in the future the amount of Ag sales will be the same as before renegotiation began.
