(Undated) -- Face masks will soon be required for students and teachers in Ankeny and Johnston. Both school boards held meetings Tuesday and voted to require masks starting Thursday. Waukee is one of the only school districts in the Des Moines area that isn't requiring masks. Des Moines, West Des Moines, and Urbandale school districts already require students to wear masks.
