(Undated) -- RAGBRAI is making a change to how riders register. Starting next year week-long registration will be held on a first-come first-serve basis and the number of riders will be capped at ten-thousand. After that riders will be put on a waiting list. Next year RAGBRAI runs from July 23rd to the 30th.
