Omaha Firefighters handled two fires, one in the northwest part of the city and the other in south Omaha;
Fire investigators say a house fire around 9:30 p.m. appears to be an accident: a fireplace in the home near 150th and Ohio Streets was in use and a fire started in the attic near the chimney.
The other fire was earlier in the evening, around 6 p.m., with a detached garage on fire near 22nd and Railroad Avenue.
That fire remains under investigation.
No injuries reported in either incident.
