(Cedar Rapids, IA) -- ADM workers are avoiding a strike after their union comes to a labor contract agreement with the company. Reports say the Teamsters Union and ADM have agreed to a 3-year contract that gives everyone 6% raises, better benefits, and a $5,000 ratification bonus. The Teamsters union says union members voted to accept the contract this morning. ADM has been operating in Cedar Rapids for over 45 years.
